Event Terms and Conditions
I understand the event for which I am registering (or the person for whom I am registering) may be photographed, videotaped and/or audio taped. In consideration of my participation in the event, I authorize the SnapIT Solutions (“SnapIT”) to create recordings of the event and my image, likeness, and/or voice (“Recordings”) in connection with the event. I hereby authorize the SnapIT Solutions to use the Recordings at its discretion, and affirmatively authorize the Recordings to be exhibited, displayed and/or performed, as still photographs, sound recordings, videos, electronic images or documents, multimedia presentations, web pages, or any other media, in a format now known or hereafter discovered, in connection with the SnapIT Solutions’s programs, publications, and intranet and public web sites. I further authorize the SnapIT to use the Recordings in their original or edited form in any media for any and all educational or commercial purposes, and authorize the SnapIT to use and license others to use my name, image, likeness, voice or biographical or other information in connection with the Recordings. I hereby release the SnapIT, and any employees, officers and associates, as well as any assignees, from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim based on use of the Recordings.
