With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Yvette Steele has been responsible for driving results in various roles to include sales, marketing, workforce development and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). She draws on her wealth of knowledge and expertise to help organizations realize the promise of a diverse workforce by implementing strategies that eradicate the barriers that many face in launching and thriving in tech careers, maximizing their potential, and integrating inclusion into day-to-day interactions. She serves on the DEI Advisory Committee for YMCA-USA and formerly on the Tech Advisory Board Steering Committee for the National Urban League and the DEI Task Force for Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
